I specialize in guiding diverse teams, improving processes, and helping people grow while balancing performance, change, and well-being. My background started in a working-class household and taught me resilience, grit, and an entrepreneurial mindset early on, from selling breakfast tacos as a teenager to building a career in corporate leadership without a college degree.
